Over the Winter shut down period, a significant renovation project was completed in the Ashley House. In efforts to modernise the House sleeping areas for our visitors, the Ashley Management Team undertook the 'bed renovation project' which saw all of the bunk beds restored, re-painted and re-installed into the girls rooms. This included moving the ladders to make them easier and safer to use, and replacing all of the mattresses. Whilst this work was ongoing, the opportunity was also taken to decorate the rooms and the hallway with a fresh lick of paint and replace the three leaders chairs.
Head to the gallery below to see how this hard work has paid off.
A huge thank you to all who were involved, especially those who donated to the project.
