Ashley Management Committee (AMC) and Friends of Ashley (FoA)  were delighted to welcome over 75 guiding friends to Ashley on Saturday 18th May 2024 to enjoy a cream tea to celebrate the 85th birthday of the Ashley site; the 50th birthday of the Brownie House; and the 15th birthday of the Lodge! The afternoon ran from 1pm – 4pm with time to complete some crafts and field activities, share  Ashley memories, help to create a new artwork for the Lodge and of course enjoy the cream tea with time to catch up with friends old & new.  Ashley archives were also on display. There was a tombola & a raffle in the afternoon as well as a ceremonial Ashley bithday cake cutting performed by our County Commissioner, Laura. Thanks to the many generous donations on the day almost £500 was raised!
