The timetable for our fees has been changed in 2026 to run in line with the Bookings calendar (September - August inclusive).
For 2026 only, there will be an interim set of Fees covering the period January - August.
From September 2026 onwards there is a further set of Fees that cover the following 12 month period.
From then the fees will remain on an annual cycle (Sept - Aug) .
There are two levels of fees for Ashley:
- Greater Manchester West (GMW) groups
- Girlguiding or Scouting groups outside of GMW
Please ensure you refer to the correct list when booking.
Payments are preferred by BACS but can also be made by cheque. All payment details are available on the Booking Form or directly from the Booking Secretary.
Payments are made in two stages:
- Deposit - this must be sent with your booking form
- Final balance - this should be with the Booking Secretary no later than 4 weeks before your visit
Please note: all breakages must be paid for. Your warden will take details from you at departure and you will be invoiced as appropriate
Cleaning: please leave the buildings / site as you find it. An additional cost will be levied if the site is not left in a satisfactory state.
