Arrival and departure times are generally between 10am and 5pm. This is because voluntary wardens are required to see visitors in and out of the facility.
If your booking is for a evening meeting (rather than a residential stay), the latest departure time is generally 9pm. Please advise the Booking Secretary of the times you need to arrive/depart when you book and we will aim to accommodate your plans wherever we can
CANCELLATIONS: you must inform the booking secretary if you wish to cancel your booking for any reason. Depending on the length of time to the event, you may incur a charge.
1. Cancellations more than 6-8 weeks before your booking date - deposit and balance of payment - (if made) will be returned
These bookings can be transferred -on request- to another date ( if avaialble) within a maximum 12 month period. In these circumstances the deposit will be retained and held against the new booking
2. Cancellations within 6 weeks of your booking date will incur loss of your deposit
3. Cancellations within 1-2 weeks of your booking will incur loss of deposit and up to 50% of your balance of payment
