We have a great team of volunteers in Eccles Division who are able to deliver a fantastic programme of activities for Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers throughout Eccles.

Girls who are between 5 and 7 years old are welcome to join our  Rainbow units who meet in the Eccles area.  With meetings on Tuesday and Thursday nights in Eccles, Patricroft, Irlam, Cadishead and Monton, you are bound to find a safe place close to home or school for her to look, learn and laugh with a whole bunch of new friends.

For 7 to 10-year-old girls we have several Brownie units in the Eccles area. There are Brownie packs in Eccles, Patricroft, Irlam, Cadishead or Monton and meetings are held on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights, so there should be one that fits in with your girls love of adventure where she can explore, have fun and make discoveries.

Our  Guide units in the Eccles area cater for girls between 10 and 14 years old. We have lots of activities which take place on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights in Eccles, Patricroft, Irlam, Cadishead and Monton. Guides provides an ideal environment for your daughter to get involved in all kinds of activities that you wouldn't find in school or at home.

For young women, older who are 14 to 18 there are lots of opportunities to become a Young Leader helping one of our local units. Rangers is our programme for 14-18-year-olds, it offers a flexible, fun programme open to young women from their 14th until their 19th birthday.  The opportunities are immense, from international volunteering to improving your CV.

For anyone over 18 (male or female), there are lots of opportunities to become an Adult Volunteer helping the units on a weekly basis or we have district helpers who help with admin, PR or accounts. For people who wants to have a connection with Guiding, there is a Trefoil Guild who meets nearby.
