Trefoil Guild

The Trefoil Guild has over 18,000 members nationally and is made up of people over the age of 18 who agree to support the ethos of guiding.
The aims of the Trefoil Guild are:
- To keep alive among members the spirit of the Guides and Scout Promises and Laws
- To carry that spirit into the communities in which members live and work
- To give practical, financial and moral support to Guiding and Scouting
Trefoil is open to all, including men, and you can join as long as you agree with these principles and are over the age of 18. You can continue to be a commissioner, a leader or a Unit Helper and join the Trefoil Guild too!
Joining the Trefoil means that you can challenge yourself with the STARS challenge and the Voyage Award. It also means that you get to choose to do activities that you are interested in such as trips, holidays and a whole lot more, as well as having a chance to socialise with fellow adult members.
We are incredibly proud that Girlguiding Greater Manchester West was presented with the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service in 2019 for the comfort bag scheme which was the initiative of one of our members Pat Mayle.
